7:00 AM 9/9/2009: Back again...

Well not that it came as any big surprise to me, but I noticed that a repair company that went belly up/or into hiding a few months ago is now back with a new cell number for their primary phone. But running the same ads as before.

As I always say check out the people you have working on your equipment. Ask for a Biz lic that is current and one from a few years back so you know they have been around some time. And ask to see any certification they may claim to have. Look up any phone numbers used to see if they have been around for a few years or do you just get no listing when you search for it?

The point is take a bit of time to choose a tech or you may get somebody that has your moeny and is gone with the blink of an eye.

One dead giveaway is ads offering repairs at too good to be true prices with lots of "freebies" thrown in. If their giving away the store, how are they making money?
