Well besides the dead givaway "(Fraud Application)" (did not know you had to apply to break the law, lol)
There is also the link that when you hover over it points to irs.gov.juhnwi.com
I see a few times a month were people fall for this kind of stuff. If not from the "IRS" it's their bank or credit card.
Please keep in mind that nobody that is legit will send you any information like this over the internet unless you ask first.
And we all know that the IRS can find you in person if they need to talk with you. ; - )
